EOSCAN™ PERSONAL GROUND STATION

EOScan™ ground station is designed for the reception and processing of data transmitted from EOS low-orbiting Earth satellite Terra at 8 GHz frequency band (X-band) in the Direct Broadcast (DB) mode. Data received in this mode are free without any limitations.

EOScan™ ground station was designed in year 2000. The first ground station was produced and put into operation on August 22, 2000 in Moscow. This ground station was the first that started regular MODIS data reception within Russia and CIS countries.
