ScanEx Center offers free technical support to users of the software, developed by the company specialists, within one year of purchasing. Technical support can be extended for additional cost and is provided at the user’s discretion.
Technical support includes face-to-face consultations in the ScanEx office (in Russian and English), rendering information and technical assistance via e-mail (in Russian and English) and by phone (only in Russian) and correcting mistakes (if any). In addition, technical support includes free updating of the software product (except for the version with new functionality). During the technical support period all update files are supplied via Internet.
Customer support service employees are always ready to consult on a wide range of questions, related to the RS data preliminary processing and image processing in ScanMagic® and ScanEx Image Processor® software applications, as well as using other software products of ScanEx.
